In the context of this event, the current results raised by the operation of the first 2 WEEE Sorting Centers (SCs) of Greece, located in the Region of Attica and Central Macedonia respectively, will be discussed. Moreover, the Re(W)eee platform for exchange and donation of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) will be presented.
The event is co-organised with the 2nd Workshop “ICT Applications for Monitoring Electrical & Electronic Appliances Environmental Friendly & Sustainable Life Cycle” of the LIFE MATHER project, with the title “Full material and chemical monitoring data and disclosure for the protection of the human health and environment”. The consortium of the LIFE MATHER project consists of the National Technical University of Athens, Whirlpool EMEA and t2i-Technology Transfer and Innovation.
